Recently you may have experienced a problem with the Freeview EPG(Electronic Program guide) on your PVR.


Freeview has confirm that the EPG is now available on your PVR and should display by pressing the EPG button on your remote. If the EPG does not populate we suggest you turn your PVR OFF, wait a few seconds and turn it back ON. Then give it some time for the EPG to populate.
